Reversing Gravity Effects

Aging is something we all attempt to resist. We seek surgical interventions,

lotions and cream application that promise uplifting and tightening the skin
and so forth. Whichever way we look at, the attempt is either to slow down
or to reverse the aging process from an appearance point of view.

What about trying out an exercise that promise to slow down the impacts
of gravity on our body, mind, and spirit?

The head stand is an exercise that is good for our body, mind, and spirit.
Of course, it is tough to find that time to get up on your head.
However, the benefits are greater. Look into hanging upside down as a way to reverse the effects
of gravity, stretch the spine, and increase blood flow to your head. This exercise is really good
to release headache pressure.  I have tried it and it works. 

The first attempt of head stand could be very uncomfortable as you feel the blood rushing to
 your head. So please be careful when trying out this exercise. Consult your physician before
attempting the head stands as the effects differ from one individual to another.
